CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure the best scheduling for all clients, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. No Call/No Show, 48 hours or less canceled appointments incur a 99% charge and will affect future bookings. ⸻ A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your appointment time and is applied toward your total service cost. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the full service price and reserving that time exclusively. In the event of cancellation, or no-show, the retainer is forfeited and the remaining balance for the booked service remains due. ——— A waiver is required to be completed and signed prior to your appointment. Waivers are presented during the booking process, and services will not be rendered without a signed waiver. ⸻ A 15-minute courtesy window is provided. This is the latest you may arrive and is not part of your scheduled appointment. Punctuality is expected, and arrivals beyond this window may require rescheduling and will be treated as a same-day cancellation with applicable charges.
