Policies & Terms No Call/No Show & Cancellations: All “no call/no show” appointments and cancellations within 24 hours or on the same day will incur a charge of 99% of the booked services. Payment will be required in these situations, with no exceptions. Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you exceed this time, you will be required to reschedule and pay 99% of the booked services for that day, which will be treated as a same-day cancellation. Deposits: All deposits are final and non-refundable but will be applied to your remaining balance after services are completed. Relaxer Policy (Post-Braid Removal): Braids must be removed at least 72 hours prior to your relaxer appointment. The scalp must be free of any cuts, sores, or irritation. Hair must be thoroughly detangled, with no heavy product buildup, and must not be matted, as this compromises the safety and effectiveness of the relaxer process. Appointments will be canceled or rescheduled if these conditions are not met. Policy Adherence: Failure to comply with our policies will result in being prohibited from booking future appointments.
